Message from the Chairman

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

I am honored to reflect on the remarkable journey of our company, which began as a small metal refinery workshop in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, in the 1960s. From humble beginnings, we collected metal scraps from high-end jewelers and artisans, refining them into high-purity metal bars. This process not only restored the metal’s original value but also laid the foundation for our future endeavors.

In 1970, I returned to Hong Kong after studying chemistry abroad, bringing back advanced knowledge and scientific expertise. This marked the founding of RAM-CHEM Group, one of Hong Kong’s first precious chemical manufacturers. As the economy evolved, so did our business, expanding into consumer electronics and watches, and later into environmental engineering and the distribution of performance chemicals.

The 1990s brought about a telecommunications revolution, and we were among the first in Hong Kong to embrace this change. By acquiring world-class plating technologies from Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies, and investing in manufacturing operations in mainland China, we positioned ourselves strategically for growth.

Today, we are proud to be a major surface finishing technology provider, supplying over 200 products to consumer electronics brands across China and Southeast Asia. Our journey has been one of innovation, resilience, and strategic foresight.
